HIPAA Announces Certification Online

On November 1, 2006, the HIPAA Academy and Train for Compliance announced the launch of their new website, HIPAA Certification Online, at www.HIPAACertificationOnline.com. The site is a new internet resource which offers online training curriculum and certification examinations for three categories of HIPAA certification: Certified HIPAA Administrator (CHA), Certified HIPAA Professional (CHP) and Certified HIPAA Security Specialist (CHSS).

HIPAA Certification Online is endorsed by The American Hospital Association as a resource for training to help hospitals comply with the HIPAA security regulations.
