ITS TIME TO STEP IT UP AND BREAK OUT OF THE  WINTER FUNK!

POMA District 4, 6 and 9 are hosting STEPS 4 ALL 2022 to get you outside and moving!  This is a FREE virtual event for all POMA members and their families which will run the entire month of April. 

Be inspired to get you and your family out to walk, run, bike or hike to break free from the winter blues and welcome spring. Every step you take will raise money to a charity of your choice, without even opening your wallet!

How does it work?

• Click here to register or visit the POMA website
• Download the Charity Miles app on your iPhone or Android device.
• Pick a charity you want to donate from Charity Miles list
• Join the POMA Steps 4 All - 2022 team.
• Log your steps every time you get outside.

It is that EASY! And you will be walking for charity to help others!

Get your family together and take a walk. Get your practice or hospital staff to walk over lunch. Go for a bike ride or hike with your friends on the weekend. There are lots of ways to make it a group activity and support each other.

Every participant will receive a POMA gaiter for participating.
