Michael Bradley, DO

 Mike Bradley, DO, is a board-certified family physician and is the Director of Medical Education at Penn State Health, St. Joseph Medical Center in Reading, PA. He is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and Susquehanna University.

 Darlene Dunay, DO is a board-certified family physician and operates a solo primary care general practice in Old Forge, PA.  She is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and Penn State University.  She received her ACOFP Fellow in 2016, earning the Crest Award. 

Cynthia L. Lubinsky, DO, FACOFP

Cynthia L. Lubinsky, DO, FACOFP, is board certified in Family Practice. Dr. Lubinsky is affiliated with Schuylkill Community Health Center. 

In addition to being part of POFPS leadership, Dr. Lubinsky is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP), and was named ACOFP Fellow in 2018, earning the Outstanding Paper Crest Award in the process. 

Dr. Lubinsky completed an internship and family practice residency at St. Luke’s Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She is published author, team physician for Schuylkill Haven High School football team. She is graduate of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and Penn State University. 

Christine Rohanna DO
Christine Rohanna, DO

Christine Rohanna, DO is a native of Johnstown, PA.  She obtained her BS in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA.  She completed her internship and residency in Family Medicine at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, PA.  She is currently working as a health-system employed physician in a Rural Health Clinic in Carrolltown, PA.  She and her husband, Phil, reside in Ebensburg, PA and she spends her spare time away from the office knitting and trying not to kill her houseplants.

Jackie Weaver-Agostoni DO
Jackie Weaver-Agostoni, DO, FACOFP


Dr. Jackie Weaver-Agostoni is the Program Director for the UPMC Shadyside Family Medicine Residency Program in Pittsburgh, PA, serves as a member of the UPMC Medical Education Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMEC) and was recently named Co-Chair of the Accreditation, Reviews & Quality Subcommittee (ARQC). She joined the faculty at Shadyside after having completed a two-year faculty development fellowship with the University of Pittsburgh Department of Family and Community Medicine, UPMC St. Margaret’s Hospital.  During that time, she also earned her masters of Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh.

Originally from Indiana, Pennsylvania, she graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1998 and earned her Doctor of Osteopathy from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA in 2002. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital in 2005.

Dr. Weaver-Agostoni is board certified by both the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages, especially children. When she is not seeing patients or teaching residents and medical students, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, dog and chinchilla. Dr. Weaver-Agostoni also enjoys playing the piano, volunteering to help with numerous activities that her daughter is involved in, and dancing anytime the opportunity arises.

Michael J. Zawisza, DO is board-certified in family medicine and geriatrics and founded a group practice now based in Orwigsburg, PA.  He is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science.  He received his ACOFP Fellow in 2000 and is past president of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association.

Kathleen M Henley, DO, is board certified in family medicine. She is a Family Practice specialist in Berlin, Maryland. Dr. Henley attended and graduated from Philadelphia College Of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013, having over 4 years of diverse experience, especially in Family Practice. She is affiliated with many hospitals including Atlantic General Hospital, Peninsula Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Henley is a member of both the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association (POMA) as well as the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Physicians Society (POFPS).

Katherine Lincoln, DO, FACOFP

 Dr. Lincoln is a key opinion leader in Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine and practices in rural Pennsylvania. She is AOA-board certified in Family Medicine. Recently, she has presented her research at national and international wound care conferences. Dr. Lincoln is a full-time wound care and hyperbaric physician at Guthrie in Sayre, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Lincoln is a past President of the Texas Society of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and served on the Board of Texas Osteopathic Medical Association (TOMA). Since moving to Pennsylvania in 2017, she now serves as Delegate to the ACOFP Congress from Pennsylvania. She received the 2017 ACOFP National Young Osteopathic Family Physician of the Year award. She served as national ACOFP Chair of the Physician Health and Wellness committee from 2017-2020. Dr. Lincoln is the Vice-Chair of ACOFP Women’s Health Committee.

Dr. Lincoln received a BS in Chemistry from Siena College, Loudonville, NY and her DO from University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine (UNECOM), Biddeford, Maine. Dr. Lincoln has been an educator and lecturer for many educational organizations, including Baylor Scott and White, Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, and the Guthrie Health System Family Medicine Residency. She earned her Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration in 2019 from Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Dr. Lincoln is married to Matthew Lincoln, DO, and is mom to 2 young children. Her interests include leading the Guthrie system’s Engagement Goal, reading, planning adventures for her family, and listening to podcasts.

Sean Perrine, DO


Sean Perrine, D.O. is a 2013 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed an osteopathic family medicine residency program at Penn State Health St. Joseph in Reading, Pennsylvania in 2016. He is American Osteopathic Association (AOA) Board Certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT).

Dr. Perrine received the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP) Young Osteopathic Family Physician of the Year Award in 2019. He serves on the Board of Directors for the ACOFP Education & Research Foundation and holds multiple committee appointments within the ACOFP.

Dr. Perrine is currently the medical director at Patient First in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where he enjoys full-time clinical practice in urgent care and primary care. When he's not working, you can find him traveling, sampling new craft beers, or spending time with family and friends.
