John R. Gimpel, DO, MEd, FACOFP, FAAFP, is president and chief executive officer of the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. Board certified in family medicine, he is also an associate professor of family medicine at Georgetown University School of Medicine and a clinical associate professor at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). Dr. Gimpel is a graduate of La Salle University and a 1988 graduate of PCOM. He completed an internship at the Hospital of PCOM and a family medicine residency at PCOM and Chestnut Hill Hospital in Philadelphia. A fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the American Academy of Family Physicians, Dr. Gimpel is a board member of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Physicians Society. Gretta A. Gross, DO, MEd, FACOFP is Vice President for Clinical Skills Testing with the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners and is board certified in osteopathic family medicine and neuromusculoskeletal medicine. Dr. Gross is a graduate of Juniata College and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency training at Warren Hospital in Phillipsburg, NJ and received her Masters in Medical Education from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. In addition to her work with NBOME, she provides patient care and resident education at WellSpan York Hospital family medicine residency program.

Dr. Gross is also a member of POMA, AOA, ACOFP, and AAO. She serves on OMM subcommittees for the ACOFP.

Clinic.  Board certified in family practice and osteopathic manipulative medicine, Dr. Kozlowski is a graduate of Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and a 1995 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.  She completed an internship at Community General Osteopathic Hospital, now PinnacleHealth Community Campus, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and a family practice residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Reading, Pennsylvania. 

A board member of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Physicians Society, she is vice chairman of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association’s District 11 and a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.

Randy G. Litman, DO, FACOFP, FAAO, is director of medical education and director of the family medicine residency program at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Board certified in family medicine, internal medicine and neuromusculoskeletal medicine, Dr. Litman is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College in Philadelphia and a 1988 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an internship at Allentown (Penna.) Osteopathic Medical Center, now St. Luke’s Hospital — Allentown, an internal medicine residency at Bryn Mawr (Penna.) Hospital.

A fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the American Academy of Osteopathy, he is past president of the Kentucky Osteopathic Medical Association. A member of the Pennsylvania State Board of Osteopathic Medicine and a board member of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Physicians Society, Dr. Litman is a member of Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association and the American Osteopathic Association.

Christopher S. Poggi, DO, is medical director of VIAQuest Hospice in Monongahela, Pennsylvania, and maintains a private family practice in Somerset, Pennsylvania. An adjunct clinical assistant professor at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM), he is also an active staff member at Somerset Community Hospital and Windber (Pa.) Medical Center. Dr. Poggi is a graduate of Villanova (Pa.) University and a 2003 graduate of LECOM. He completed an internship and family practice and neuromuscular medicine residencies at Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie.

Board certified in family practice and neuromusculoskeletal medicine, Dr. Poggi is also a federal aviation medical examiner and licensed medical acupuncturist. A member of the Pennsylvania State Board of Osteopathic Medicine, he serves as a board member of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Physicians Society and a member of the POMA, the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.

 Darlene Dunay, DO is a board-certified family physician and operates a solo primary care general practice in Old Forge, PA.  She is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and Penn State University.  She received her ACOFP Fellow in 2016, earning the Crest Award.

Cynthia L. Lubinsky, DO, FACOFP, is board certified in Family Practice. Dr. Lubinsky is affiliated with Schuylkill Community Health Center. 

In addition to being part of POFPS leadership, Dr. Lubinsky is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP), and was named ACOFP Fellow in 2018, earning the Outstanding Paper Crest Award in the process. 

Dr. Lubinsky completed an internship and family practice residency at St. Luke’s Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She is published author, team physician for Schuylkill Haven High School football team. She is graduate of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and Penn State University.

Jackie Weaver-Agostoni DO

Dr. Jackie Weaver-Agostoni is the Program Director for the UPMC Shadyside Family Medicine Residency Program in Pittsburgh, PA, serves as a member of the UPMC Medical Education Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMEC) and was recently named Co-Chair of the Accreditation, Reviews & Quality Subcommittee (ARQC). She joined the faculty at Shadyside after having completed a two-year faculty development fellowship with the University of Pittsburgh Department of Family and Community Medicine, UPMC St. Margaret’s Hospital.  During that time, she also earned her masters of Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh.

Originally from Indiana, Pennsylvania, she graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1998 and earned her Doctor of Osteopathy from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA in 2002. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital in 2005.

Dr. Weaver-Agostoni is board certified by both the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages, especially children. When she is not seeing patients or teaching residents and medical students, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, dog and chinchilla. Dr. Weaver-Agostoni also enjoys playing the piano, volunteering to help with numerous activities that her daughter is involved in, and dancing anytime the opportunity arises.

Zawisza, DO is board-certified in family medicine and geriatrics and founded a group practice now based in Orwigsburg, PA.  He is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science.  He received his ACOFP Fellow in 2000 and is past president of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association.
