District 12 CME & Elections

District 12 leadership is kicking off 2024 with a business election meeting followed by CME and dinner!

POMA District 12 will gather at Luigi's Ristorante on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 6:30 PM. The event will begin with a business election meeting and be followed by a CME lecture titled "Updates on Breast Cancer Screening," presented by surgeon, Kelley Smith, DO. Dinner will be provided by POMA from a selected menu.

District business will include conducting elections for district delegates to the POMA (May 1-2, 2024, Kalahari, Mount Pocono, PA) and AOA House of Delegates (July 19-21, 2024, Chicago, IL). This is a great opportunity to connect with colleagues and represent your district at the state and national level! You can self-nominate by contacting [email protected] if you are unable to attend the event. A virtual option will be available for the business meeting ONLY. Details will be provided upon RSVP.

Come out for a fun and relaxing time with your colleagues! This event is open to all DOs regardless of experience, practice type, specialty, or age. Members, Residents, and Prospective Members are welcome! We can't wait to see you there!

*Alcohol will not be provided by POMA, but will be available for purchase.
*CME is available IN-PERSON ONLY. Members need to attend the full extent of the lecture to receive credit.
