Darlene Dunay, DO
Old Forge
|
Darlene Ann Dunay, D.O., FACOFP, is a board-certified family medicine physician with more than three decades of experience in primary care, operating a solo general practice in Old Forge, PA. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with High Honors from Penn State University and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, completing her internship, residency, and a preceptorship at Metropolitan Hospital-Parkview Division in Philadelphia. Dr. Dunay has a special interest in Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy and serves patients across the full spectrum of care, from pediatrics through geriatrics. She also serves as a school physician for the Old Forge and Pittston Area School Districts.
Throughout her career, Dr. Dunay has held numerous medical director roles in home health, hospice, and palliative care, and has been an active leader in osteopathic medical education, including serving as President of the PCOM Alumni Board of Directors and Chairman of the Penn State Worthington Scranton Campus Advisory Board.
Dr. Dunay is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Physicians Society, and the Lackawanna County Medical Society. She has been recognized as an AOA Guardian of the Profession and received the Penn State Worthington Scranton Campus Alumnus of the Year award, among other honors.

Kathryn G. Graham, DO DuBois

Kathryn G. Graham, DO, is a hospitalist for Apogee Physicians, contracted to work at Penn Highlands Healthcare in DuBois, Pennsylvania. Board certified in internal medicine, she is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and a 2013 graduate of the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed an internship, general surgery residency and internal medicine residency at Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, New York.
Dr. Graham is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Physicians, the Society of Critical Care Medicine, the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and the American Thoracic Society.

James Latronica, DO Pittsburgh

James R. Latronica, DO, FASAM, is assistant professor of psychiatry and family medicine at the University of Pittsburgh (Pa.) School of Medicine and an attending physician at the Western Psychiatric Hospital in Pittsburgh. Board certified in family medicine and addiction medicine, Dr. Latronica is a graduate of Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania and a 2017 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a family medicine residency at Clarion (Pa.) Hospital and an addiction medicine fellowship at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
A fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, Dr. Latronica is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the American Osteopathic Academy of Addiction Medicine, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Pennsylvania Medical Society, the American Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Society of Addiction Medicine, and the American College of Academic Addiction Medicine.

 Jessica Masser, DO Johnstown

Jessica L. Masser, MS, DO, MSMedEd, FAAFP, FACOFP, is a board-certified family physician with Conemaugh Physician Group in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, and assistant program director of the family medicine residency program at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.
A graduate of Frostburg (Md.) State University and a 2007 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, she received her Master in Medical Education from the Lake Erie (Pa.) College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed an internship and family medicine residency at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.
In addition to serving as trustee-at-large, she also serves as treasurer of POMA District VIII and vice speaker of the POMA House of Delegates. A fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, she is past president of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Physicians Society. She is also a member of the American Academy of Osteopathy and The Cranial Academy and the Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians.

 Jonathan P. Oline, DO

Jonathan Oline, DO, is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Lower Bucks Hospital's Community Health Center in Bristol, Pennsylvania. In 2024, he retired as a Colonel in the Medical Corps and Deputy Command Surgeon and Flight Surgeon at the 99th Readiness Division in Ft. Dix, JB-MDL, New Jersey. Dr. Oline is a graduate of LaSalle University in Philadelphia, and a 1983 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an internal medicine residency at PCOM and a cardiology fellowship at Deborah Heart and Lung in Browns Mills, New Jersey and an interventional cardiology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.
Dr. Oline is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and serves as a member of the Pennsylvania State Board of Osteopathic Medicine.

Meera Shah, DO, MBA, is osteopathic program director of the family medicine residency program at Abington (Pa.) Family Medicine. Board certified in family medicine and geriatric medicine, she is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a 2007 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a family medicine residency at Abington Family Medicine and a geriatric medicine fellowship at Abington Memorial Hospital. She also received a master's degree in chemistry from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a master in business administration in healthcare from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
Dr. Shah is a member of POMA, the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Physicians Society, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Geriatrics Society, the Society for Post Acute and Long Term Care Medicine, and the Pennsylvania Medical Society.

Hans T. Zuckerman, DO Pottsville

Hans T. Zuckerman, DO, is a board-certified family physician practicing at Geisinger Pottsville (Pa.). He also serves as division chief of the Department of Community Medicine for Schuylkill County and Geisinger Kulpmont in Northumberland County.
Dr. Zuckerman is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. He obtained his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from PCOM in 2014. Dr. Zuckerman completed his family medicine residency at Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital Family Residency Program where he was Chief Resident from 2016-2017.

Dat Le, DO

Dr. Le is currently an internal medicine resident at UPMC Lititz and serves as the resident representative on the osteopathic curriculum committee. He helped design and implement the program’s ongoing osteopathic didactic and hands‑on sessions, bringing practical, learner-focused training to his colleagues. Previously, he was a predoctoral OMM fellowship at A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona, where he was active in peer education and curriculum development. He plans to continue practicing the osteopathic philosophy of emphasizing the unity of body, mind and spirit, the body’s inherent ability to self‑heal, and the interrelationship of structure and function in promoting health. |

Student Trustee

Reese Petrosky, OMS

Reese Petrosky is a second-year medical student at Nasuti College of Osteopathic Medicine of Duquesne University (DUQ-NCOM) who currently serves as the DUQ-NCOM Student Government Association President. Reese graduated from the Penn State Schreyer Honors College in 2025 with a degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with Honors in Kinesiology. She hopes to eventually pursue a career as an Ob/Gyn to support women’s health education initiatives for adolescents and increase equity in healthcare for women with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Before being elected as SGA President, Reese served as the DUQ-NCOM SGA/COSGP Student Wellness and Mental Empowerment Directive Liaison where she started a student book club, weekly yoga sessions for COM students, and a mental health workshop series. As SGA President, Reese is excited to welcome DUQ-NCOM's third class of students and to foster a supportive environment for new students through additional mentorship and wellness initiatives. Reese is honored to serve as the current POMA Student Trustee and cares deeply about advocating for all Pennsylvania Osteopathic medical students.
