POMA Mentorship Opportunities
POMA's mentor database is a tool designed to connect physicians and future physicians throughout Pennsylvania. This collection of members is interested in being professional mentors and resources to pre-med students, medical students, residents and physicians.
The POMA Mentorship Task force has created a mentor/shadowing questionnaire to solidify expectations from the both the mentor and mentee.
The questionnaire will be used to assist the Mentorship Task Force to align mentor with mentees with same level of expectations. By completing the questionnaire, you are NOT committing to be a mentor, it will just allow POMA to contact you if an opportunity presents itself.
